1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided

Please Note:
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used sachets, bottles, or chewable tablets
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Home consultation service fees, once the consultation has been completed

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the product
  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the case.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return was approved due to an error on our side

6. Cancellation Policy (Consultation Service)

  • You may cancel a booked home consultation at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
